As our salon manager and a style director, Lynsey has a keen eye on what’s hot at all times. The fashionista of the salon, you can guarantee that not a trend will pass her by. One of our long-term stars, Lynsey, has been with us more over 20 years and has even been lucky enough to work on London Graduate Fashion Week and was a finalist for the L’Oréal Colour Trophy prize. She loves everything about fashion and style – making her the go-to girl for ultimate hair makeovers.

Which hairstyles do you love creating?  All variations of bobs as well as restyles, undercuts, mullets, disconnections…Anything creative. 
What do you love about your job?  I love being creative, meeting new and old clients, managing the team, being involved in education, evolving the salon and being part of a team.

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair?  Andrew Barten and Trevor Sorbie.  I am also inspired by everyday life such as things I see on TV, social media, blogs, magazines, celebrities, my environment, holidays, cities and art.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To grow as a salon director. To evolve with style and fashion.  To grow the business creatively and to continue to provide a service that existing and new clients love.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  During ‘Covid times’ I’ve discovered I’m quite a good home school teacher!
