Your safety is of utmost importance to us here at the Natural Hair Company and Natural Beauty Salons in Lisburn and we take our safeguarding responsibilities very seriously.

Things are going to be a little different in our salon post-Covid 19 but please rest assured that your health & safety is paramount to us. 

We have, therefore, carried out risk assessments and put measures in place to keep you as safe as possible when you are with us. 

Of course, the team will do our very best to ensure you still have a fab experience when you are in our salon.  We want you to feel safe and relaxed when you visit us so please read these guidelines so you know what to expect on your next visit.

We cannot wait to welcome you back into our hair & beauty salon soon... and thank you for bearing with us.

Arriving For Your Appointment

We will be operating by appointments only and cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. 
Skin tests/fringe trims & consultations must be booked by appointment.
Please come to your appointment alone and on time. Do not arrive early and bear in mind that our waiting area has been removed. If you are late there is a possibility we may have to reschedule you.
Please do not bring non-essential items into the salon.  
You will be asked to sanitise your hands at the door and your temperature will be taken by a member of staff. You will then be escorted straight to your dressout, styling or beauty station.
Please do not come to the salon if you are feeling unwell or symptomatic. We can reschedule you for another appointment.

**If you have had COVID-19 already, please let a member of staff know before your treatment**

Your Service

When you arrive you will be escorted to your dressout where you will be given a plastic bag to put all your personal belongings in. This will stay with you at your dressout. Please wear a mask during your visit to salon or we can provide one for you at a small cost.
Staff will be in full PPE equipment which we will dispose of after each client.

Refreshments & Magazines 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refreshments or magazines, please feel free to bring your own and you can use our WiFi for any tablets/iPads. (Please bring any electronic device fully charged as you will not be able to use our electric sockets).

Paying For Your Service

Please pay by card if possible.
