As our salon manager and a style director, Lynsey has a keen eye on what’s hot at all times. The fashionista of the salon, you can guarantee that not a trend will pass her by. One of our long-term stars, Lynsey, has been with us more over 20 years and has even been lucky enough to work on London Graduate Fashion Week and was a finalist for the L’Oréal Colour Trophy prize. She loves everything about fashion and style – making her the go-to girl for ultimate hair makeovers.

Which hairstyles do you love creating?  All variations of bobs as well as restyles, undercuts, mullets, disconnections...Anything creative.  What do you love about your job?  I love being creative, meeting new and old clients, managing the team, being involved in education, evolving the salon and being part of a team.

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair?  Andrew Barten and Trevor Sorbie.  I am also inspired by everyday life such as things I see on TV, social media, blogs, magazines, celebrities, my environment, holidays, cities and art.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To grow as a salon director. To evolve with style and fashion.  To grow the business creatively and to continue to provide a service that existing and new clients love.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  During 'Covid times' I’ve discovered I’m quite a good home school teacher!

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Loyal. Artistic. Knowledgeable.

Say hi to our Assistant Manager and Front of House Lisa who is the backbone of our salon, making sure everything runs smoothly from day to day.   She has been in the hairdressing industry for more than 20 years, with the majority of her time spent at the Natural Hair Company.

What do you love about your job? I love working as part of a team and growing our salon brand. It's also wonderful to be able to give clients the best in-salon experience and service. 

What is your ultimate ambition?  To achieve as many goals as possible in life. 

How would you describe yourself... in three words? Dedicated, reliable, organised.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others! I'm a little bit of an adrenaline junkie - sky dives, bungee jumps, abseiling.

Say hello to our Style Director Alannah who has been qualified as a stylist since 2017 and is rather fabulous at styling hair, including upstyles for parties, proms and weddings! 

Alannah was also part of the Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team '20/22 and has now progressed to the Schwarzkopf Collective Team based in London in which she is gaining more & more experience doing digital work in which she is now a Schwarzkopf Digital Ambassador. She says: "This is a great opportunity for me as I love meeting new people and learning as much as possible."

Which hairstyle do you love creating?  My favourite thing is styling hair, anything from upstyles, party hair to a complete chop, as I enjoy a challenge! Colour-wise, I love balayage. Every client is completely different so it’s amazing to be creative and personalise their colour to suit them. 

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair? Suzie McGill inspires me a lot. She has such a creative mind and her work is absolutely amazing! 

What is your ultimate ambition? I would really like to be able to teach and help others, showing them different tips that have helped me. 

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others! In my spare time, I love to dance and I make costumes for our local dance club. 

How would you describe yourself... in three words? Friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic.

Our Style Director Suzanne just loves to talk all things hair and makeup and has a passion for products, as well as being our in salon perm expert! Whether its for you girls looking a perm for body, a textured wave or for the boys for fashion & fun!.

You’ll regularly find her checking out the latest trends – even when she’s not at work. Suzanne has been a member of Team Natural for 16+ years and even got to work on London Graduate Fashion Week where she spent most of her time checking out the future talent! 

Which hairstyles do you love creating? I love cutting from long to short and love seeing that big change as the clients leave.

What do you love about your job? I love how we meet different people every day, hear their interesting stories and feel privileged that people open up about their lives.

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair? My clients inspire me every day whether it's their stories about their lives or just when they want to come back to me. It inspires me to do a great job for them and for the Natural Hair Company.

What is your ultimate ambition?  To keep giving my clients a great service and keep doing a great job and giving my clients the best experience they can have.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  I fell into hairdressing before I thought I'd be a veterinary nurse.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Grateful. Empathetic. Loving.

Style Director Sophie qualified as a stylist in 2013 and has gone from strength to strength since then.  She was nominated for Northern Ireland Hairdresser of the Year alongside Martine at the 2018 prestigious British Hairdressing Awards in London.

Which hairstyles do you love creating? I really enjoy creating a style completely different than to what the client has already, for example, a really long outgrown style, to a short modern look that will complement their face shape and overall style.

What do you love about your job? For me it’s the ability to make my client feel beautiful and confident in every way, it’s not just about hair, it’s about how they will feel weeks after. I love building that special relationship with all my clients and knowing exactly what they want and planning their hair for the year ahead so that they feel excited for their next visit. 

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair? I get inspired every day from those around me, my salon family! We all create fabulous styles and take tips and advise from each-other doing what we love every day! 

What is your ultimate ambition? My ultimate ambition is to never stop learning and exploring all things hair, and to become the best stylist that I can be and to have the best time along the way! 

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others... I once did the 2nd biggest bungee jump in the world. 

How would you describe yourself in three words? Positive, creative, outgoing.

Meet our Senior Stylist Letitia Hughes who has gone from strength to strength since joining Natural Hair Company in Lisburn in 2003 as an assistant. Letitia has a Schwarzkopf Colour Master Degree and is one of our top stylists and colourists. 

Letitia has had the amazing opportunity to work along side Schwarzkopf charity ‘Shaping furures' which is a unique training programme world wide dedicated to teaching disadvantaged young adults to craft of hairdressing. This charity has seen her travel to the Philippines to spread her knowledge.

Which hairstyles or colours do you love creating?  Although I am a stylist I have a real passion for colour and have developed this through my colour degree. I love to bring a client's idea to life. I get great pleasure in big changes. When I can fix problems to create beautiful hair that suits the client and makes them happy - I'm happy.

How would you describe yourself... in three words? I would say I am precise, passionate and attentive.

Say hello to our Senior Stylist Tracey who qualified as a Level 3 hairdresser in 2000. 

Which hairstyles do you love creating?  I love doing restyles especially long to short (pixie cuts).

What do you love about your job?  I love cutting hair and making someone feel better about themselves.

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair?  What inspires me is creating something out of what I have in front of me to work with so the clients leave feeling happy.

What is your ultimate ambition? To be the best I can be.          

How would you describe yourself in three words? caring- honest - focused.

Our Senior Colourist Laura loves all things colour and her speciality is balayage. Laura is now working hard towards qualifying as a stylist. 

Which hair colours do you enjoy creating? I love balayage - anything modern is what I love doing. 

What do you love about being a hairdresser? The social aspect and meeting new people. 

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair? I would have to say my clients, as they are the reason I love my job so much. 

What is your ultimate ambition?  Working with famous and well-known colourists from around the globe. 

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.  I'm actually quite shy around new people. 

How would you describe yourself in three words? Funny, sociable and caring.

Meet our Colour Technician Katie-Lee who tells us a little bit about herself...

Which hairstyles or colours do you absolutely love doing? I love doing balayage - I love doing this method of colouring because it can look as subtle or as bright as you like.

What do you love about your job? I love being a hairdresser because I enjoy talking to different people and getting to know them. I also love creating different looks with colour. 

What is your ultimate ambition? My ultimate ambition is to get more confident with cutting so I can be a great stylist.

How would you describe yourself... in three words?  I would describe myself as hard-working, reliable, enthusiastic.

Clare is our fun stylist, she love all aspects of colour, cutting ladies short hair & doing gents fashion cuts.

Which hairstyles do you love creating?  Short and choppy pixie styles, with fun colours.  I love restyling to make this cut and colour and see the end result.

What do you love about your job?  I love the social side of it and getting to talk and meet new people. Also making people feel good when they leave the salon.

Who inspires you to create fabulous hair? The other girls in the salon always pushing and driving you to be the best to my ability.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others. I enjoy doing men’s hair as well.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Talkative, bubbly, joker.
